After completing the BA Hons Business Studies degree in 1988, Ian Stone went on to work for some of the world’s most recognisable food and beverage brands. Having completed the MA Health Buildings: Planning, Management and Design course at LSBU 1997, Dr Chandrashekhar is the Government of India’s Chief Architect for the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Having completed the MSc International Marketing at LSBU, Jennie Wallden returned to her native Sweden to begin her career in marketing. It was, however, Jennie’s lifelong passion for cooking and support from her husband that prompted her decision to audition for the popular cooking show, Masterchef, a competition that she won this year. At the age of 41 and after 22 years working as a manager in the Civil Service, Chris Veitch decided to return to full-time study in 1997 to enroll on the Tourism Management course at LSBU. Since graduating, he has since worked as Policy Executive for the English Tourism Council managing projects to improve the accessibility of tourism in England and set up his own practice to expand on this work within the wider arena of Europe. Since graduating from LSBU, Simon Alston’s career has taken him from working as a graduate with the PricewaterhouseCoopers Graduate Scheme to meeting The Queen at the official opening of the BBC’s New Broadcasting House in central London, a rebuilding project where he was the Programme Manager.
