Standalone postgraduate modules for career advancement
LSBU alumni are being offered the opportunity to take a part-time credit bearing postgraduate module as part of their professional development. There are 14 modules to choose from in the areas of business management, public administration and marketing.

These areas of business management, public administration and marketing have all selected as they cover topics that can fast track career advancement.
The modules will begin in late January 2014 and most will run over 12 weeks. Assessment will be coursework based.
Business Management modules include:
- Managing Across Cultures
- Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management
- Enterprise and Business Planning
- Management and Leadership
- Managing the International Business Environment
Public Administration modules include:
- Social Enterprise
- Commissioning and Procurement in Health and Social Services
- Equality and Diversity in the Workforce
- Public Sector Entrepreneurship
Marketing modules include:
- International Pricing and Performance
- International Brand Management
- Emerging Issues in Marketing Communications
- Integrated Marketing Communications
- Digital and Social Media
These modules have all been selected as they cover topics that can fast track career advancement. Furthermore, a 10% discount applies to module fees for LSBU alumni.
